Securing Your Booking
Payment in full is due any time prior to services beginning.
Recurring services such as daycare, drop-in visits, and dog walks are billed weekly in advance.
Depending on the service you select, we may require a non-refundable deposit, especially for holiday and overnight bookings. We’ll let you know if this is necessary.

If you book within one day of the service, you must pay a last minute booking fee of $20 and still pay the deposit according to the section listed above.

Vaccinations
Before the service starts, proof of vaccinations must be given in paper or emailed to chloespetcare1@gmail.com
required vaccinations:
Rabies: A required vaccine in most states, the rabies vaccine is given to puppies at three months and again a year later.
Distemper/Parvo: This vaccination is usually given as a DA2PP or DHPP shot, which includes vaccines for distemper, parvovirus, parainfluenza, and adenovirus.
Bordetella: This vaccination is required for dog grooming, and is available as an injectable or nasal spray. If the nasal or oral spray is given, the dog must be vaccinated 10 days before their grooming appointment.
Canine influenza: This vaccine is recommended for dogs that visit grooming facilities, dog parks, or attend puppy training classes or dog shows. It should be given to puppies at 6 to 8 weeks of age, and again 2-3 weeks later.
Leptospirosis: This non-core vaccine is given to puppies as part of their puppy series. It helps prevent bacterial infections in the kidneys, liver, and other major organs.
